Prices and payment method

All merchandise shop prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. The same gross prices apply to consumers and business customers.

We offer payment by invoice only. There is no minimum order value.

Invoicing

When the goods are dispatched, you receive a ZUGFeRD invoice by email from shop@valitool.org.

For partial deliveries, you receive one invoice covering the whole order when the first parcel is dispatched. Necessary invoice corrections are also sent by email.

Payment term and bank details

The invoice is payable without deduction within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please transfer payment to valitool GmbH’s business account at Kreissparkasse Köln specified on your invoice and use the invoice number as the payment reference.

Late payment

After payment becomes due, we first send a free payment reminder. If payment is still outstanding, a formal reminder follows after a further 14 days.

For consumers, the notice under § 286(3) BGB is included on the invoice. Statutory default interest and other legally permitted claims remain reserved; no flat reminder fees are charged.
