Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<h2>Withdrawal information<\/h2>\n<h3>Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item of goods.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (valitool GmbH, Schlunkweg 58, 50374 Erftstadt, Germany, telephone: +49 2235 95190-20, email: shop@valitool.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<p>You may also declare your withdrawal using the \u201cWithdraw from contract\u201d button on our website. We will then acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.<\/p>\n<p>To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n<h3>Effects of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p>We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n<p>You must send back or hand over the goods to us (valitool GmbH, Schlunkweg 58, 50374 Erftstadt, Germany) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.<\/p>\n<p>You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<p>You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 End of withdrawal information \u2013<\/p>\n<h3>Additional information<\/h3>\n<ul><li>The right of withdrawal is available only to consumers. Business customers have no right of withdrawal and no voluntary right of return for their orders.<\/li><li>For payment by invoice, an outstanding invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
