As a consumer, you may withdraw from your merchandise order in full or in part. No login is required.
Enter your first name, surname and email address. The order number is optional. If you wish to withdraw for individual items only, specify the items and quantities under “Additional information”. You do not need to give a reason or your IBAN.
In the next step, you review your details. Your declaration is sent only when you select “Confirm withdrawal”. You then receive an acknowledgement on this page and by email.
