Delivery area and shipping

We deliver exclusively within Germany. Personal collection is not available.

We ship with DHL Paket, including tracking. Delivery to suitable DHL Packstations and post offices is possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are a flat EUR 8.95 per order, including statutory VAT. There is no minimum order value. We do not charge additional shipping costs for permitted partial deliveries.

Delivery time

For available, in-stock items, delivery takes 2–4 working days from receipt of the order, provided it is accepted. This includes our internal manual order review.

Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered. If delays are foreseeable, we inform you by email and, where possible, state a new expected delivery date.

Shipping notifications

You receive a shipping notification for each dispatched parcel, with a DHL tracking link and the items included. For partial deliveries, the order is marked completed only after all items have been dispatched.

Please contact shop@valitool.org as soon as reasonably possible about transport damage. This is voluntary and does not restrict your statutory rights. For undeliverable parcels, we agree the next steps with you.
